Here, we dive deeper into our "why" and get specific about our long term and short term goals. I will provide you with the tools you need to nurture your goals and see them come to fruition! This is also where our new agreements will help. Sometimes it isn't the work involved in reaching our goals, but over-riding the negative self talk that comes up in the process. Such feelings as: "I'm not enough" or that "I might fail" or "who do I think I am trying to accomplish this goal" are all very common thoughts when we are trying to do something we have never done.
